Ivy-plus Stammtisch Berlin Sept. 1st

Ivy-plus Stammtisch Berlin Sept. 1st

We are inviting the Yale Alumni community of Berlin (and the members of the IvyCircle.de) to join us for our Berlin Stammtisch, for some good conversation, drinks (the beer is brewed on site) and some food (for those who come straight from work).

We are meeting every first Thursday of the month from 7-9pm, at the Pfefferbräu Restaurant / Brewery / Beergarden (next to the U-Bahn stop Senefelderplatz). Note that the location may change for future meetings, so check the club website before heading out.

Directions: -> GoogleMaps

Go through the Pfefferberg archway, take the stairs up to the beer garden - the Pfefferbräu restaurant is located on the left hand side of the courtyard. If the weather is nice, we will be sitting outside, otherwise find us inside.

AYA Club delegate wanted!

AYA Club delegate wanted!

Dear friends, the Yale Club of Germany is looking for a member to serve as the club's delegate to the Yale Alumni Association for the next 3 years (2016-18).

Your duties as AYA delegate will chiefly involve travelling to New Haven each November (on the weekend of the last home football game) to represent the club at the annual AYA Assembly. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit campus, meet alumni from all over the world and to attend a range of discussion and workshop sessions, fireside chats, the Yale Medal Dinner, and of course the Yale football game.

More information about the AYA assembly can be found here:

http://www.aya.yale.edu/content/what-assembly

If you are interested in becoming our next AYA delegate, get in touch with David Ilten or Hans Christian Siller.
