SUMMARY:ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN MUNICH
DESCRIPTION:Save the date! We'll be holding our Annual General Meeting in 
 person  this year\, and we have confirmation that all of our regional rep
 resentatives (Berlin\, Hamburg\, Köln/NRW\, Frankfurt\, Stuttgart and Mun
 ich) are planning to attend. Our Yale Alumni Association representative\, 
 Bob Bonds (old friend of the club!) will be attending from New Haven\, and
  we've planned a day that combines a little bit of club business with a lo
 t of social fun. New this year will be the launch of our regional Signal g
 roups and local activity planning.\nThe meeting is open to everyone\, and 
 we hope you can make it to Munich for any or all of the planned activities
 :\n\n** AGENDA **\n12:00-2:00PM   Official AGM at Amerikahaus Munich\, K
 arolinenplatz 3\, 80333 Munich\, with a pizza lunch for all courtesy of t
 he YAA\n\nAfternoon  Free time for either Munich's Frühlingsfest togethe
 r or a museum tour - or both! Weather depending and tbd as it gets closer 
 and you make your preferences known. The Frühlingsfest is Okoberfest's li
 ttle sister. A bit smaller (and usually warmer)\, there are rides\, food a
 nd drink for all ages. Our meeting location\, Amerikahaus\, will have an e
 xciting photography exhibit and is situated in Munich's museum areal\, so 
 we'll plan based on weather and your wishes.\n\n7:00 PM   Dinner will be
  self-pay at Zum Franziskaner\, Residenzstr. 9\, 80333 Munich\n\nPLEASE RS
