Dear Members of the Harvard Club of Munich and Yale Club of Germany,

The Harvard Club of Munich is pleased to invite you to an exciting event: A live stream viewing of the Harvard / Yale football game on Saturday, 23 November 2024.

The annual football game between Harvard and Yale (known as "The Game") is one of the oldest rivalries in US College Football. The history of the game goes back to 1875 and is a tradition for students and alumni from both universities. We are pleased to invite both Harvard and Yale alumni in the Munich area to come together to watch the game.

Date:          Saturday, 23 November 2024
Time:         17:30-22:30pm (The game starts at 18:00 local time)
Location:    Die2 Bar -  Hauptstrasse 15, 85579 Neubiberg
(In the upstairs, private party area)

Given the expected very high level of interest and the experience from our recent events, the event will sell out quickly. As a result, we strongly recommend registering early. Registration fees will be as follows:

     - Harvard Club of Munich (HCM) members:     35 Euro
     - Yale Club of Germany (YCG) members:        35 Euro
     - Non-Members of either club:                       50 Euro

The Harvard Club of Munich will be paying for the cost of the event space AND THE FIRST ROUND OF DRINKS. The registration fee includes a buffet dinner. Attendees will need to pay for their drinks. Each HCM or YCG member may register up to one additional guest at their member rate, independent of whether the guest is a HCM member, YCG member, or not.

Registration in advance on Eventbrite is required. As space is strictly limited, only registered attendees can be admitted. It unfortunately will not be possible to register on site.

We encourage attendees to wear their Harvard or Yale shirts, pullovers, hats or other insignia clothing to help cheer on your team!
