REMINDER - TONIGHT!

We'd like to invite you all to a networking evening with the Munich Dialogues community and the Ivy Circle Munich group after our  event tonight, complete with the Pizza Innovazione Airstream Pizza Truck and an open bar.

It has been five years since we launched Munich Dialogues on Democracy - in November 2018 with Yale '86 Anne Applebaum's talk about democracy and disinformation, a topic that is (sadly) just as relevant today as it was then. We have welcomed to Munich so many world-class professors/journalists/politicians like Timothy Snyder, David Frum, Ben Rhodes, Ruth Ben-Ghiat, George Packer and Jan-Werner Mueller. Registration is free and now open for our timely event - tonight at 7pm in Munich's Amerikahaus -  with one of Ukraine's premier war correspondents, Nastya Stanko, together with returning guest Joshua Yaffa, staff writer for The New Yorker covering Russia and Ukraine.

After the talk, the team at Pizza Innovazione will make sure that we can enjoy the "dialogue" part of our mission with pizzas a-go-go and an open bar.

Interviews

The Yale Club is always looking for alumni to interview local high-school students who are applying to Yale College. If you would like to help out or learn more, please contact our ASC director, Rebecca Haltzel-Haas.

Yale Book Award

If you interested in presenting the Yale Book Award at a high school in your area, please contact the club board.

The Club does not assess dues, but asks its members to make an modest annual contribution (€20 suggested, but any amount is welcome) to help fund Club activities.
